Swim Caps will be available for purchase during practice on Monday and Tuesday of this week. Cash or check, latex: $8, silicone $12. Swimmers should wear caps during practice and meets.

After School Practices begin tomorrow. New swimmer evaluations will take place during practice. We appreciate your patience as swimmers and coaches juggle the start of the season with school and other extracurricular commitments. Please note that times listed are practice start times; swimmers should prep caps and goggles before their start time.

• ages 13& up: 4:30 - 5:15pm
• ages 9-12: 5:15 - 6:00pm
• ages 8 & under: 6:00 - 6:30pm

Help Needed: We are in desperate need of officials. Please consider supporting our team by becoming a stroke and turn judge, meet referee, or starter. Training opportunities are listed below. Register here.

Meet Schedule: Please take the time to declare your child's availability for each meet and sign up for your volunteer obligations. It is helpful if you sign up for only your first three shifts in order to give all families an opportunity to sign up. This will allow us to see how many more shifts we need to fill. Due to the size of our team, not all swimmers will participate in every meet (we have more flexibility at our home meets). Coaches will do their best to create lineups that maximize swimmer participation. Friendly meets will feature swimmers who have not achieved City Meet-qualifying times to give them the opportunity to shine.

Donations Needed: Our concessions coordinator is already planning a great season of concessions to help raise money for our team. We are requesting that each family donate a 12-pack of soda or sports drinks.

Team Pictures: We are excited to welcome JW Photography back to capture this year's team. Individual and team pictures will be taken before the time trials meet on Friday, June 13th. Please see the attachment for available packages and the order form.

• Monday, June 2nd - Thursday, June 12th: (Monday - Friday) after school practices
• Tuesday, June 3rd: Warwick Yacht & Country Club (WYCC) Stroke and Turn: 5:30-6:30pm, Starter and Referee: 6:30-8pm. Please register here.
• Tuesday, June 10th: Marlbank, Stroke and Turn: 5:30-6:30pm, Starter and Referee: 6:30-8pm. Please register here.
• Friday, June 13th: Windy Point Team Pictures and Time Trials, 4:00 - 7:30pm (estimated)
• Monday, June 16th: Willow Oaks at Windy Point, 6pm; showtimes for warm-ups: 8 & under 4:20pm, 9-18 4:35pm.

Save the Date: We are looking to add another "friendly" meet on July 9 or 10, more details to follow.
