Details for everyone:

Read the Participation Information.

We need to fill two timing positions for the entire meet.  Please choose a shift or two on the Swimtopia Signup Calendar to help fill this obligation (especially if you have not met your obligation). I have divided the sessions up into shorter increments. (Timer meetings: 8:15am and 10:30am behind the blocks)

GPSA is still in need of two stroke and turn officials. Please reach out if you would like to be considered.

Swimmers will stay on deck with the coaches for the duration of the meet.

Spectators are welcome to set up seats outside in the designated team area or sit in the facility. Please do not reserve indoor seating.

No outside food or beverage is allowed in the facility.  Water bottles are fine.

Details for 8 & Unders:

Warm-ups: Meet the coaches at the Concessions area at 7:50am.  Swimmers should have everything they need to make it through the morning. Spectators are not allowed on deck.

The session starts at 8:30am and should end around 9:35am.

Details for 9 and overs:

Warm-ups: Arrive on deck at 9:30 (look for our team banner, coaches, and PINK). . Spectators are not allowed on deck.

The session starts at 10:45am and should end around 3:25pm.
