The 2024 season finally begins tomorrow! 

Officials Training: Each home meet needs a referee, admin referee, starter, and at least two stroke and turn judges. Away meets need at least two stroke and turn judges. Without officials, we cannot participate in meets. At this time, we do not have enough officials to participate in the season. We desperately need new parents to attend this training and serve as meet officials. Our current officials have older children who will be aging out of the team very soon. Please consider attending one of the training sessions. RSVPs are required due to capacity limits. Details for the June 4th and June 10th sessions can be found here. You only need to attend one session.

Practices: Swimmers should be ready to get in the water at their designated practice time, swimsuit and cap on, goggles in hand. Our Monday-Thursday practice schedule for this week is:

Piranha Kick-off and Team Pictures are scheduled for Friday. Please sign up to bring a dish to share here. We will use the following schedule for pictures followed by a potluck dinner and free swim for swim team families only:

• Order Form: Please fill out the attached form to place your order. Payment can be made via credit card (with a $5 fee), cash, or check. Checks should be made payable to Jeremy Wall or JW Photography. Feel free to use the back of the form for any additional instructions or if you're ordering sibling pictures.
• Digital Gallery: This year, we're introducing a new option for purchasing a gallery of your swimmer’s pictures for $65. This option doesn't include any physical products or prints but grants you access to download two high-resolution pictures from a digital gallery and a team picture via email. Please note that specialty products like memory mates are not included, but you may receive a picture of siblings.

Team Caps will be available for purchase (cash/check) at practices this week. Silicone caps are $12 and latex are $8.

GPSA's J Kyle Hurdle Swim Clinic is scheduled for next weekend, June 8-9. Details and registration information can be found on the GPSA website.

Meet Concessions: We need your donations of a case of sports drinks, soda, and/or water for our meet concessions and hospitality. These donations can be dropped off the pool at any time. Please label them "swim team."

Spirit Wear orders are due June 7th. This will be our only spirit wear order of the season.
