Our first team event, Piranha Kick-Off, is this Tuesday, June 13th. Be sure to sign up for the potluck and check the schedule for your swimmer's photo time.

Individual Pictures 4:30-5:45pm

The attachment contains:

1. Order Form- Please use this form to place your order. You can pay with by credit card ($5 fee), cash, or check. Checks should be made payable to Jeremy Wall or JW Photography. If you are ordering sibling pictures or need to notate specific instructions you can use the back of the form as well.
2. Pricing Sheet- These are the prices for the products and packages
3. Produce Examples- Pictures of the products

This year you will be allowed to purchase a gallery of your swimmer’s pictures for $65, this would not include any products or prints. The gallery will give you access to download (2) high-resolution pictures from a digital gallery that will be emailed to you (this does not include specialty products such as memory mates, but may include a picture of siblings or the team).

Potluck and Free Swim, 5:45-8:00pm

Our potluck sign up is now open. We will have free swim for Windy Point Swim Team families following team pictures until 8pm.

Time Trials, June 19th

Be sure to declare your swimmer's availability and sign up for a volunteer slot. We are still in need of a few volunteers to run a smooth time trials event. Please consider signing up for one of the following:

• stroke and turn judge (must be GPSA or USA Swimming trained)
• block monitor (ensure swimmers are in the correct lane for their swim)
• head griller (grill hot dogs and hamburgers)
• head timer (provide a back up time for timers)

Home Meet vs Marlbank Mudtoads, June 22nd

Be sure to declare your swimmer's availability and sign up for a volunteer slot.  Please consider signing up for one of the following:

• stroke and turn judge (must be GPSA or USA Swimming trained)
• announcer
• clerk of course
• head griller (grill hot dogs and hamburgers)
• head timer (provide a back up time for timers)
• ribbon writer
• scorekeeper (enters times into Swimtopia on the team computer; inside the clubhouse)
• sweeps judge (watches the end of each race and places the top three swimmers in the first heat; provides this checklist to the head ref)
