Fees: Please pay your City Meet fees at practice tomorrow (Wednesday).

Sign-ups: Please visit Swimtopia to sign up for volunteer positions and to outfit our team area for swimmers and families with tarps, tents, food, and beverages.  (We need 3 timers per session in addition to the 2 Stroke and Turn judges that we have already provided.)

Approximate Timeline:

• 8:00-8:15 8&U Warm-up (lanes 3 and 4)
• 8:30-9:30 Session 1 (8&U) 
• 10:00-10:20 9-12 Warm-up (lanes 1 and 2)
• 10:50-12:30 Session 2 (9-12) 
• 12:40-1:00 Relays and 13&O Warm-up (lanes 5 and 6)
• 2:10-2:40 Session 3 (Relays) 
• 2:40-4:30 Session 4 (13&O) 

Our plan is to recognize 1st-8th place finishers during breaks between strokes within sessions. Awards will be given near the baby pool area. Coaches/reps will need to pick up any awards not collected by their respective swimmers. 

On the Pool Deck: There is a slight change to the Meet Invitation— NO chairs will be allowed to be brought into the pool area. There will be reserved seating for handicap and persons needing assistance. Families are encouraged to come and watch theirs swimmer(s) and then return to the team areas outside of the pool. Abosolutely NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEOS from behind the blocks!! This will be strictly enforced. 

Parking: There will be parking marshals to help direct traffic on Belmont Circle and the drop-off area. The parking lot closest to the pool is reserved for Handicap, All-Day Officials, and Hospitality. There is a drop-off area near the pool. Parking is available along Belmont Circle and Honeysuckle Lane. Absolutely NO PARKING on Coventry Boulevard. No parking in front of houses and driveways.  

Heat Sheets: Heat sheets will be available for purchase for $10 in the Pavilion outside of the pool area. 

Weather: We are hoping for fabulous weather Saturday, but we also know how quickly weather forecasts can change in Hampton Roads. We will make every effort to run the meet in its entirety on Saturday. GPSA has provisions to use the pool on Sunday should we need to hold/finish the meet Sunday.
